The Staff are exceptionally well behaved with much courtesy. All the staffs are approachable, welcoming and available to make me comfortable. They attended to all my requests on time.
Limited parking space for cars. The hotel entrance road is narrow and bad.

I was very impressed. The staff were quite accommodating and flexible to my requests. The first 2 floors of the faciliy looks great while the third floor is undergoing renovation. The management proactively asked for my constructive feedback on any improvement needed. They had a nice snooker table and bar to unwind. The hotels is just a few minutes away from ShopRite/Palms Mall which was very convenient.
Nothing at all. Very pleased with my stay. I will be definitely be returning.
