Communication was swift, had to ask for some towels and they delivered them to me as promised. Bed was comfortable, no complaints.

Great location, clean basically new. Quiet and safe.
Room was boiling- very grateful for the fan but dod little to reduce temperature- it is summer but this was not during the heat wave. I paid for a private bathroom but it was shared - initial co creations with the owner were good but then was ghosted when I suggested a refund to match the price of a shared bathroom.
