The place was clean, spacious, and matched the decription in the listing. Located in a quiet area and the room was high enough from outside noise. Had a 7-11 right across the road and a bus stop. It wasn't in the heart of the city, probably a 20-30 walk to Hakata station or canal city, but it was easy to take a bus to go where we needed. There are also sometimes rental bikes infront of the 7-11. The host was responsive and helped us with adjusting our reservation. Overall a great stay and would love to stay again given the chance.
