WELCOME TO TROPICAL CASTLE
There are beach houses… and then there are places like this. Tropical Castle is one of Cherry Grove's most recognizable homes — not because it tries to be flashy, but because it simply does what large group houses need to do better than most: space, layout, and location. With nearly 10,000 square feet and both sides of the property included, your group gets room to spread out, gather when it matters, and actually enjoy the trip without feeling stacked on top of each other.

Recent updates — including fresh paint, renovations throughout, a new hot tub, fire pit, and upgraded outdoor setup — make it especially dialed in for a full summer week.

And at night, the exterior blue lighting gives the home a look you won't miss — or forget.

LIVING SPACES
This home is built for groups, and it shows in how the space is laid out.

Instead of one crowded common area, you get multiple places to gather across both sides of the property:

✔ 2 Large Living Rooms (Each w/ 70” Smart TV)
✔ 2 Full Kitchens – Updated for 2025
✔ 2 Dining Areas for Group Meals
✔ 2 Third-Floor Game Rooms

Each side works independently if needed, which is ideal for multiple families traveling together — but the property still feels cohesive when everyone comes together.

GAME ROOMS (3RD FLOOR – BOTH SIDES)
☀ Ping Pong Tables
☀ Arcade Games
☀ Mini-Fridges + Microwaves
☀ Additional TVs
☀ Lounge Areas

These spaces tend to become the late-night hangout spots — especially for kids, teens, and anyone not ready to call it early.

BEDROOM BREAKDOWN – 12 TOTAL
The home is split into North Side and South Side, and you'll have access to both.

NORTH SIDE – 6 BEDROOMS
2nd Floor:
☀ King Bedroom
☀ Two Bedrooms w/ 2 Queen Beds Each

3rd Floor:
☀ Queen + Bunk Room
☀ Bedroom w/ 2 Queen Beds

SOUTH SIDE – 6 BEDROOMS
2nd Floor:
☀ Bedroom w/ 2 Queen Beds
☀ King Bedroom
☀ Bedroom w/ 2 Queen Beds
☀ Pyramid Bunk + Queen Room

3rd Floor:
☀ Two Bedrooms w/ 2 Queen Beds Each
☀ Sleeper Sofa in Common Area

TOTAL SLEEPING SETUP:
✔ Multiple King Rooms
✔ Numerous Queen Beds
✔ Bunk Rooms for Flexible Group Sleeping
✔ Sleeper Sofas for Overflow
✔ 14 Full Bathrooms

The bathroom count alone makes a noticeable difference for large groups — especially in the mornings.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor setup is where this home really comes together during a full stay.

☀ Private Hot Tub
☀ Fire Pit Area
☀ Multiple Propane Grills for Group Cooking
☀ Outdoor Pool (Shared Only Between the Two Sides)
☀ Lounge Seating + Picnic Areas
☀ Just 1 Block Walk to the Beach

Whether it's grilling in the evening, relaxing in the hot tub, or sitting around the fire after a long beach day, this space is built for groups to actually use — not just look at.

LOCATION
📍 Cherry Grove – North Myrtle Beach

You're close enough to walk to the beach in minutes, but still in a part of Cherry Grove that feels relaxed and easy to navigate for larger groups.
