Welcome to Live Oak Ranch — a 6,000 sq ft Hill Country estate on 6 private acres, just 3 miles south of Fredericksburg's Main Street. With two separate houses, 7 bedrooms, and 275 feet of Live Oak Creek frontage, there's room for the whole group to spread out during the day and gather together at night. Built for family reunions, multigenerational trips, and friend weekends in the heart of Texas wine country.

Step onto the wraparound porch with coffee in hand, settle into a rocking chair, and watch small planes take off and land at the airport directly across the road. It's one of those unexpected details that becomes everyone's favorite thing — kids are mesmerized and adults can't stop watching. In the afternoon, walk the trail down to the creek — skip rocks, explore the banks, or just sit and listen. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and let the sounds of the creek and the stars overhead do the rest.

275+ feet of Live Oak Creek frontage. Bring your boots or flip-flops — the trail is perfect for exploring and rock skipping. The hot tub sits under the live oaks, the fire pit is made for s'mores and stargazing, and a pickleball/multi-sport court and putting green give every age something to do.
