The location is a bit off-track, but the area is nice and worth a detour if you have a car.
The building itself is ordinary but the room is very spacious and comfortable, with some view to the mountains and valley, and some to the next buildings.
The onsen is nice though not particular.
Service is very attentive and helpful.
But by far the best part was the dinner (and breakfast), which was Michelin-star level, multi-course beautiful and tasty dishes.

I felt very welcomed there as a foreigner. I stayed only for a night, but had an unforgettable dinner, breakfast and relaxing time at the onsen.
