Welcome to Villa Calma — a place where time slows down, and all around there is only sun, silence, and the scent of the ocean.

We are Andrii and Daria, a couple who made our dream come true by creating a home where you can breathe deeper, rest from the rush, and feel life anew.
Villa Calma is not just accommodation. It is a place where space for yourself appears.

About the house

The villa was built in 2023, is absolutely new, and open for guests from October 2025.
It is located in the green valley of Estreito da Calheta — in the warmest and sunniest place on Madeira Island, at an altitude of approximately 270 meters above sea level.
This provides wonderful panoramic views and a mild climate in this area.
Nearby — banana gardens, vineyards, and the endless horizons of the Atlantic.
Everything here is carefully thought-out and created for inner peace.
