The apartment is located in Sottocastello di Cadore, an authentic and peaceful mountain village at the foot of Monte Ricco, just 1 km from Pieve di Cadore where you will find bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants. The road from Sottocastello to Pieve is uphill, so a car is recommended for greater comfort and for those who prefer not to walk.
Right in front of the house: a bakery famous for its croissants and breakfasts — open until 12:30. Nearby there is a charming little church; the bells can occasionally be heard, especially by light sleepers — which is why you will find earplugs included as a gift!
Autonomous check-in with a key safe. Private balcony with panoramic views of the Dolomites and Lake Cadore. Public parking 50 metres away.
80 m² of bright living space with two double bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional wooden table and a spacious bathroom with shower. Cot or single bed available on request.
The apartment is heated by a pellet stove — all the pellet you need for your stay is included, easy to use with full instructions provided.
The perfect base for winter skiing (Cortina, San Vito) and summer hiking and mountain biking along the Lunga Via delle Dolomiti.
🎁 Welcome package included: fresh homemade Sicilian sweets shipped by us, coffee, water, prosecco (stays of 3+ nights), basic spices, laundry detergent, bed linen and towels, shower gel, shampoo and cleaning products. Pet policy: only one small pet allowed with an extra cleaning fee; dog bed and bowl available during your stay. Small gestures, warm hospitality!
