Ground Floor: The entrance opens into a spacious, air-conditioned living room featuring a double sofa bed.

Kitchenette: Fully equipped (4-burner stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, and cutlery) and includes a washing machine and ironing facilities.

First Floor: The sleeping area consists of a bright, air-conditioned Master Bedroom designed for a restful night's sleep, and a second Guest Bedroom: a cozy Comfort Double Room with a Queen-size bed, perfect for friends or family.

Bathroom: Both rooms share a stylish full bathroom located in the hallway. A modern, recently renovated bathroom with high-end finishes and a contemporary shower. It is fully equipped with a hairdryer and a courtesy vanity set (soap, shower gel, and shower cap)—the perfect spot to refresh after a day at the beach.

• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• Taxes: The tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day is not included.

• Occupancy: Rates apply to the number of guests indicated at booking;
different rates may apply for additional occupancy.
