This is a place for muddy boots, cosy evenings, long walks, & proper family time — ideal for school holidays, long weekends, & memory-making breaks away from the rush of everyday life.

There's a pool table, with combined dart board, gorgeous conservatory for family meals and games, a log burner and so much character you would expect from a grade 2 listed, 700 year old property. There are public footpaths from the cottage that will lead you in around 35 minutes to a fabulous traditonal English pub, The Blackboys Inn, and also Tickerage Winery which is around 40 minutes walk away.

Further afield you can day trip easily to discover the south coastal towns of Brighton or Eastbourne which are 30-40 minutes by car.
