It is located in the very residential area of St Vincent in the town of SAINT COULOMB, 2 Kms from ST MALO (Rothéneuf district) and 10/12 Mns walk from the beach of the haven of Rothéneuf and the GR34 hiking trail. (Accessed by a path located at the back of the house).
You will be ideally placed to visit the must-see sites of the region, Mont St Michel, St Malo and its ramparts, Dinard and its villas, Dinan the medieval city, Cancale and its oyster farms, Cap Fréhel, the Pointe du Grouin and the Varde, the bay of Mont St Michel, the Malouinières, the Manoir Jacques Cartier.

It is composed of a room of 30 M2 with parquet flooring, including a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher-electric hob, hood, microwave and refrigerator), a dining area, and a sofa and a television.
