The home is family-friendly but is not childproofed.

Exterior security cameras are in place for safety and monitor the outside of the building only. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

- No smoking inside the unit or building

- No parties or events

- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

- Maximum occupancy of 6 guests

- Only registered guests are permitted overnight
