Stroll under ancient pecan trees, hand-feed dazzling white peacocks, and giggle as friendly fainting goats dramatically flop. Chase playful ducks and chickens, cast a line for bass in the creek, or relax in the elegant gazebo with morning coffee or sunset wine. Gather around one of two crackling fire pits for s’mores and stories under a blanket of stars—the entire property is exclusively yours, with no shared spaces or crowded views.

- Separate mother-in-law suite (ADU): 1 large bedroom with stunning creek views, 1 full bath — sleeps 8 (perfect private retreat for bride/groom or family).
Unwind with endless fun: indoor board games, Xbox with 4 controllers for gamers, and outdoor favorites like cornhole, giant Jenga, horseshoes, and more. Fire up the Traeger smoker on the patio for mouthwatering BBQs, fast Starlink internet for seamless streaming or work-from-ranch vibes.

We had an incredible stay at the property. The house was immaculate with incredible amenities, and the property with the beautiful views and animals was off the charts GREAT! Craig was extremely responsive and helpful at all times. We would love to stay here again in the future.

A great house for big groups with kids. Tons of space, beautiful acerage, lots of fun little games in the house and on the property. The kids spent most of their time chasing chickens and playing with the goats. We are driving away and they are still talking about them.
