Noteworthy is the interior design of each apartment, as well as its thematic décor, which represents a different city around the world in each one.

Gran Vía is one of the main streets in the Spanish city of Madrid. It begins at Calle de Alcalá and ends at Plaza de España. It has been a major landmark in the city since its construction in the early 20th century from a commercial, tourist, and leisure perspective. In terms of entertainment, it is famous for its movie theaters, although in recent years some have closed and others have been converted into musical theaters, which is why the stretch between Plaza del Callao and Plaza de España is known as “Madrid’s Broadway.” The section between the San Luis intersection and Plaza del Callao is currently home to numerous stores belonging to international fashion chains.

Thanks to its location, you can reach all the points of interest in the city center on foot, but if you prefer, you can take the metro or a taxi.
