The apartment includes a large master bedroom with two king-size beds and comfortable mattresses, plus a second, smaller bedroom with a double bed, making it suitable for families or groups.
The living room is spacious and inviting, with plenty of room to relax. Guests have access to fast Wi-Fi, a 43-inch TV, and board games, making it ideal for both short and longer stays.

What a lovely property in a fantastic location! I stayed here with my husband and three 20-something daughters. It was perfect for our 3-night stay in Edinburgh. The property was very clean, light, and tastefully furnished, and the sleeping arrangements were great for a party of our size. The kitchen was small, but we ate all our meals out. The living area, however, was quite large, and the five of us enjoyed lounging in there after long days of sight seeing. Location is excellent — walking distance to everything we wanted to see in the Old Town and even to the Waverly Trian Station. Highly recommend!

Fantastic little apartment 10 minute walk from the centre of Edinburgh.Stayed here for 2 nights over the Easter half term and it had everything that we needed.Easy to get in touch with the host

Phenomenal location, amenities and host. Would highly recommend staying here for families. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals or store a first day shop. Reception room is large and comfortable. Location is ideal as it’s just off the main streets but close enough to walk it all.
