Casa Margherita is in an absolutely quiet location. Even in the high season, there is no hustle and bustle and no traffic. The nearest beach is just 1500 metres away. It can also be reached on foot (800 metres). And there is a nice terrace restaurant in the village that also offers delicious wood-fired pizzas (300 m). The property is fully fenced and locked by an automatic gate, the opening code of which is communicated to the customer on arrival. The garden of flat no. 4 is spacious, equipped with deckchairs, parasol and table for lunch. The most important aspect of the garden is the marvellous lake view and the tranquillity. There are no streets, nightclubs or noisy bars nearby. The municipality of Brenzone is actually made up of several villages that lie one behind the other along the Olive Riviera. The territory also includes the island of Trimelone, not far from the shore, with the remains of an old fortress. Thanks to its geographical position between the lake and the mountains, Brenzone is a favourite place for sailing events, windsurfing and wonderful hikes in the hinterland and to the mountain peaks. The olive oil, which is cultivated on the slopes according to ancient tradition, is one of the best quality oils in the area. Worth seeing: the medieval mountain village of Campo (no longer inhabited), the little church of San Zeno in Castelletto. Hikes to Montebaldo and along the lakeshore *viewpoint.
