The space
The house has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a double reception room and a modern open plan kitchen looking onto a large garden. The house also comes with a gorgeous, very friendly and almost entirely self-sufficient grey cat (see more info below).

There are 2 x bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 x king size bed and 1 x bunk bed with adult size mattresses), a family bathroom and a ground floor WC. The bedroom with the bunk bed has plenty of toys for children to play with, and there are also some in the double reception room.

The kitchen has everything you would need to feed a family, with seating for up to 8 people in the kitchen. It has wide doors on to the large garden, where you will find a BBQ, garden seating, a slide and trampoline.

Cat:
Our gorgeous and friendly family cat has grown up with young children and loves to go out and explore. The automatic feeder will allow him to eat as he needs, you won’t need to worry, and he will have enough water for your stay. In summary, apart from letting him out into the garden whenever you wish, there is little to no care with him. Cuddles and plenty of stroking are always appreciated by him! :-)

Guest access
This is our family home, but the space will be cleared of our personal items. We’ll make sure you have plenty of space in wardrobes and that all areas are clean and tidy.

You will have access to the 1st floor, ground floor and garden, but the 2nd floor and study which will be closed off to guests, and some cupboards will be taped close as they will hold our personal items.
