Nestled in the Valle d’Itria, Casa Cali is a peaceful farmhouse retreat where authentic Pugliese character blends effortlessly with contemporary design. Surrounded by the rolling countryside of Canale di Pirro, this refined hideaway offers light-filled interiors, open views over olive groves, and a deep sense of calm in northern Puglia.

Originally a late 18th-century masseria, the property has been carefully restored into a sophisticated three-bedroom home, where clean modern lines coexist with the rustic soul of the past. Sunlight flows through generous spaces, enhancing the harmony between architecture, landscape, and timeless materials.

Indoors, natural textures take center stage: hand-applied lime plaster, reclaimed stone, warm wood, and handcrafted iron details create an atmosphere that feels both refined and deeply welcoming. The fully equipped professional kitchen opens onto an inviting dining area, perfect for slow breakfasts, shared meals, and evenings accompanied by local wines and good conversation. Three spacious bedrooms and four elegantly designed bathrooms ensure comfort, privacy, and understated luxury.

Outdoors, life unfolds at a gentle pace. A shaded pergola sets the scene for alfresco dining, while the infinity pool overlooks a sweeping panorama of olive trees, orchards, and traditional dry-stone walls. The landscaped garden, designed by the award-winning Studio Paz, features native plants and sculptural stone pathways that echo the natural rhythm of the land.

Sustainability is at the heart of Casa Cali. Solar energy, natural insulation, and the use of locally sourced and reclaimed materials allow for an environmentally conscious stay without sacrificing comfort or style. Modern amenities such as underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and optional services including private chefs and housekeeping complete the experience.

Just minutes from Alberobello, Locorotondo, and the Adriatic coast, Casa Cali is an intimate retreat designed for those seeking beauty, balance, and a genuine connection with Puglia.

Perfect for design‑conscious families or groups who appreciate refined architecture, elegant interiors, and peaceful natural surroundings.
