A full bathroom is located just down the hall, and a washer and dryer on this level add everyday convenience.

The second bedroom is located on the next level and features a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for guests.
Above, the living area opens up with large windows that frame the marsh views and fill the space with natural light. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is located at Boardwalk 9, just a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride away.
