The unit was spotless and newly decorated. Perfect distance to the beach and a short walk to St.Armand Circle. It extra amenities I didn’t expect. My wife and I will definitely come back.

This was one of the best places I have stayed at in Lido Beach. The host was great. We had problems with the TV and Steve (the host) came over. The bed was so comfortable. The condo was very impressive, everything up to date. We will definitely be coming back. Monica, (June 4th-8th).

DON’T RESERVE THIS PROPERTY UNLESS…you do not give it the respect it deserves! This was the cleanest, most cared for VRBO I have ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in dozens. Each element was thoughtfully and lovingly arranged including the furnishings, appliances, and linens. The whole place was ridiculously clean and every little detail was thought of. The appliances were high-end, the couches, chairs, and bed were stylish and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with the needed dishes, pans, and utensils. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella were provided, and clear, easy to understand instructions were available. When we had questions, the hosts were punctual in their response and eager to help. My husband and I definitely loved our time spent in that cozy condo and if the opportunity arises, we will be staying there again! The only con I have to report is that the walls are quite thin and anything the upstairs occupants do will be heard. That didn’t bother us at all though. Thanks again, Steve and Allison! You have contributed greatly to our lovely Sarasota stay!

Perfect location for walking to beach or the circle. Very clean and comfortable, unit is basically brand new. We would stay here again for sure. Owners were responsive when we had any questions.
