A large kitchen is also located on this level, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a convenient dining nook and a direct exit to the garden. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.
