The front deck is the perfect spot for morning coffees or summer BBQs, while the spacious lawn offers plenty of room for kids to play and adults to unwind. With a relaxed retro beach vibe paired with modern comforts, the home strikes the ideal balance between character and convenience.

Spread across two generous levels, Sunseekers Bach comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. Additional living space downstairs provides room for everyone to spread out, whether you’re grabbing a beanbag to relax, enjoying board games together, or curling up with a book and a view.

A short stroll along the nearby walkway brings you straight onto the golden sands of Whangapoua Beach. For those keen to explore further, take the coastal walk to the stunning New Chums Beach or wander down to the nearby estuary and soak up the natural beauty of the area.

Boating enthusiasts are well catered for, with the Whangapoua boat ramp just one minute away for those familiar with crossing the bar, or the Kuaotunu boat ramp a scenic 15-minute drive. There’s also space to park a boat on the lawn at the property, making launching days simple and stress-free.
For essentials or a quick ice cream, the Whangapoua Beach Store is conveniently located just a one-minute drive away, or an easy eight-minute walk.
