Welcome to your exclusive retreat

Apartment Flora is much more than mere accommodation: it is the result of a visionary and passionate restoration project, designed for those seeking an experience where Tuscan history meets the sophistication of contemporary design. Located on the ground floor of our ancient estate, Flora welcomes you with a unique warmth, offering an environment where every detail has been personally curated by us, the owners, to ensure an unforgettable stay wrapped in an atmosphere of absolute peace and relaxation.

An aesthetic between ancient and modern

The typical rural architecture of the farmhouse has been carefully preserved: you will admire the splendid original wooden beams and the natural lime-finished walls, which provide a sense of well-being and authenticity. These historical elements engage in a harmonious dialogue with modern furnishings in soft, delicate tones. Flora’s country chic style creates a sophisticated environment, perfect for those who appreciate timeless beauty without sacrificing modern comforts.

Comfort and private spaces

Inside, the apartment offers a bright living area with a functional and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing a slow breakfast or an intimate dinner. The master bedroom is the true heart of relaxation, equipped with air conditioning to ensure restorative sleep even on warm summer nights. The modern bathroom, with its high-quality materials, completes the interior. Outside, Flora boasts a delightful private porch: an open-air lounge where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset, immersed in the silence of our countryside.

The Donna Tosca Experience

Staying at Donna Tosca means being part of an exclusive context. The estate hosts only four independent units, including our private residence, ensuring almost absolute privacy. Flora’s guests have free access to the stunning panoramic pool, a true oasis of peace surrounded by greenery, ideal for regenerating after a day exploring nearby villages. Under a charming centuries-old pergola, you will also find our shared barbecue area: a magical corner with a large convivial table where you can experience the true essence of Tuscan outdoor living. For the serenity of all, we welcome guests aged 12 and over.
