Nice clean home with pool in an Excellent location to get out on the water. Gary the owner is super nice and very accommodating with any issues or questions you may have. We will definitely keep this place in the books for our travels over to the Sarasota area, thanks again.

Property was exactly as advertised. Very Clean and refreshed. Pool is beautiful. Myself and one other friend showed up there to fish in a local tournament so we didn't spend much time in the house except to sleep, however all appliances worked and house had everything we needed (towels, linens, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc). The dock worked perfectly for our boat as we brought a flats boat....however if you bring a deep draft boat at low tide, you will be resting on bottom. Overall the host was easy to communicate with and the neighborhood was quiet. The house is only a 10min drive from anything that you may need. Would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again.
