Welcome to Casita del Mar, a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located directly across the street from the beach in Levittown, Toa Baja. If you’re looking for a relaxed and practical home base near the ocean, this property offers simplicity, convenience, and an easy coastal setting.
When you step outside, the beach is right across the street, with palm trees and ocean views just steps away. There is a small road between the home and the sand, making access quick and convenient while still maintaining a residential neighborhood feel.
The home is not a luxury resort, but it is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests who plan to enjoy Puerto Rico and return to a comfortable space to recharge at the end of the day.
Inside the Home
Casita del Mar features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
- One larger bedroom
- One medium-sized bedroom
- One smaller bedroom with a daybed and trundle
This layout works well for couples, small families, snowbirds, or friends traveling together.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare simple meals at home, whether it’s morning coffee and breakfast before heading out or dinner after a full day exploring the island. Reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and air conditioning units help keep the space comfortable.
Parking is easy, with a private garage, driveway, and typically street parking available in front of the home.
Beach & Outdoor Living
The beach is directly across the street and easily accessible. Additional public beach access and amenities are located just a few blocks away. We maintain a small collection of beach items in the storage area that guests are welcome to use; availability may vary from stay to stay.
Please note that this is a residential neighborhood. It is a great setting for a relaxed coastal stay, but it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.

Casita del Mar is approximately 20 minutes from San Juan, making it convenient for airport access and day trips into the city. The location also provides easy access to beaches, restaurants, bakeries, and local shops in the Levittown area.

Host was extremely responsive to any inquiries. Balneario Punta Salinas Beach is about 5 minutes away which made it very convenient for a pre-dinner refesh after a day of exploring all that Puerto Rico has to offer. We also spent hours there on rest days. The house has camp chairs, coolers, and other beach items which made those hours on the beach more comfortable. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood seemed on par with other neighborhoods in the area. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance; many have limited parking so walking was the best option. We did not use the outside spaces and the listing pictures are dated, but we were very comfortable.

This place is in a very good location. It is beachfront but note that there is a highway in between you and the beach. If it wasn’t for the trees, you would have a view, but you only need to walk a half a block to a red light and cross the highway to the beach, which is very beautiful. A short few minute drive up the beach to Salinas is a wonderful beach with showers, bathrooms, and more. The only thing I would note for a person coming in would be that the pillows are flat and covered in a plastic covering that crinkles when you sleep. So I would recommend your own pillow if you can and also hand towels. I rate this a five out of five because it is updated with only a few minor non-updated details and it suited our purposes for going to old San Juan and beaches. The host was very responsive to any problem that we had and fixed it immediately. I would recommend this place. If you ask her for recommendations of places to go, she is very accommodating to helping you. It is a nice neighborhood with only a few rundown places around it. An attached garage is great. She has all the beach gear you would need including snorkeling, equipment, and an umbrella.

For the most part the place served its purpose for sleeping with plastic cover pillows (crunchy). However, it does not sleep 8 it only sleeps 6 and there is only 2 bathrooms not 3. Barely any hot water and the outdoor furniture is extremely dirty so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors in the back. The beach is across the street from the home not water front isn’t swimmer friendly and has tons of glass and trash in the sand. Property does not match the pictures…
