The Space:
Luxury home located in the amenity filled Bayside community. This home offers five bedrooms, three full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom and tons of interior and exterior living space. The living area features a comfortably furnished living room with vaulted ceilings, wet bar and a fireplace, dining area and a half-bath. The adjacent chef’s kitchen is fully-equipped with a center island and convenient breakfast counter. The abundance of windows throughout the home lets in a lot of nice, natural light for an open and airy feel. There is a screened-in-porch, as well as a large patio with a fire-pit located off of the living area. Both areas are furnished and provide coveted outdoor space that overlook the fourteenth fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach or water. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-sized bed, sitting area, television and an ensuite full-bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a custom tile shower. Second bedroom, also located on the first floor, features a king-sized bed and a television. The loft, third, fourth and fifth bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The furnished and equipped loft space with a sleep-sofa provides additional living and sleeping space depending on your needs. Third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a balcony. Fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from the loft, as well as the third and fourth bedrooms. The large fifth bedroom features a set of pyramid bunk-beds, queen bed, and two single beds and an ensuite full-bathroom. This home is beautifully appointed with higher-end finishes throughout and in good condition. Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Maker. Queen Sleep Sofa in Loft. Bayside offers an unrivaled amenity package that includes indoor and outdoor pools, golf tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball courts, two fitness centers, dog parks, bar and restaurant, beach shuttle, summer concerts at the Freeman Stage and more. The beach and all of the fun that Fenwick Island and Ocean City have to offer are a short drive away. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Use of Bayside amenities requires an additional fee. A three day pass is $70 per person and a seven day pass is $115 per person. Children four and under accompanied by an adult with a valid amenity pass will be admitted for free.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon
receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

This home exceeded my expectations. The property description is accurate and the house and amenities offer everything Coastal Life Vacations says it will. My family, (ten adults and two children), enjoyed our time in this stunning property.The directions for entry to the property, trash collection, and departure are easy to understand and easily accessible in the home, as well as via the Coastal Life Vacations app.The house was clean and inviting upon our arrival. Big canvas bags of freshly laundered bed and bath linen were ready to be distributed to each bedroom and bathroom. I did find matching bed linen thread color to beds/bedrooms a bit tedious, but at least I did not have to wonder if the linen was really fresh.The home is comfortable, the decor beautiful, and the amenities plentiful. The home has items you don’t even know you need. Moreover, the quality of every item is top-notch. It appears to me the homeowner really wants vacationers to spend time making great memories rather than thinking about incidentals.The inside and outside (enclosed porch, bedroom porch, patio) living spaces are welcoming and cozy. We grilled, made S’mores and enjoyed quiet time as we watched golfers play the 14th hole.The pool at Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center (where we spent a lot of time) is just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.My stay at 30547 N. Magnolia Crossing was wonderful. My family and I created another catalog of great vacation memories in Bayside!
