Welcome to Avocado Akres Awaits, a private 4 bedroom estate set in the rolling hills of Fallbrook, ideal for wedding weekends, families, and group getaways.

The home features two full bathrooms and a dedicated makeup vanity room, perfect for bridal parties to relax and get ready for the big day. While the ladies prepare, the rest of the group can enjoy the separate gaming room man cave, a fun and comfortable space designed for kids, teens, and groomsmen to unwind, play games, and hang out together.

Surrounded by avocado trees and peaceful scenery, the property offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views along with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, connect, and celebrate.

Located less than 15 minutes from popular wedding venues, wineries, and golf courses including Monserate Winery and Pala Mesa Golf Course, Avocado Akres Awaits is an ideal home base for wedding guests and special occasions.

Whether you are celebrating love, hosting family, or enjoying a memorable getaway, this serene retreat offers space for everyone to enjoy.

Avocado Akres Awaits may accommodate small gatherings by prior request and written approval. Requests will be reviewed in line with VRBO policies. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation and adhere to house rules.

For larger events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal or baby showers, the property may be available through a separate booking arrangement that does not include overnight accommodations. Event details, guest counts, and setup requirements must be approved in advance.

This approach allows us to host meaningful celebrations while maintaining a peaceful experience for all guests in line with policies.
