The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, balcony with a view, bathroom, TV, open wardrobe, and mirrors. The second floor offers a second bedroom with a double bed, balcony, mini fridge, WC, TV, and open wardrobe.

Each floor has its own balcony with a table and chairs. The maisonette is equipped with air conditioning on every floor, fast 100 Mbps internet, and solar panels. Street parking is available right in front of the property.
