Private Pool, Room for 12 & Easy Access to Disney

Make your Central Florida vacation even better with your own private screened-in saltwater pool and plenty of room for the whole family. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Davenport vacation home sleeps up to 12 guests and puts you within easy driving distance of Walt Disney World, ChampionsGate golf, shopping, dining, and Orlando’s top attractions.

After a full day at the theme parks, come home and cool off in the private pool, relax in the comfortable living room, or gather everyone together for dinner. With nearly 1,900 square feet of space, multiple bathrooms, eight beds, and a family-friendly layout, the home is especially well suited for families, multi-generational vacations, golf trips, and groups traveling together.

The Space
The open-concept living area gives everyone a comfortable place to gather for movie nights, games, and downtime between adventures. The fully equipped kitchen makes mornings and evenings easy, whether you're brewing coffee before heading to Disney, packing snacks for the parks, or preparing dinner at home.

Free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, and everyday kitchen essentials add the conveniences you want for both short getaways and extended Central Florida stays.

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds with four twin beds
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two queen beds

With four bedrooms, eight beds, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, larger families and groups have plenty of room to spread out without sacrificing comfort.

Private Screened Pool
Your private screened-in saltwater pool is the centerpiece of the home. Spend a sunny Florida afternoon swimming and relaxing poolside, give the kids some pool time between theme park days, or unwind outside in the evening after a busy day exploring Orlando.

Unlike a shared resort pool, this one is exclusively yours during your stay.

The Davenport location offers convenient access to I-4 and makes a great home base for exploring Walt Disney World, ChampionsGate golf courses, Orlando-area attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment.

You can spend your days experiencing the excitement of Central Florida and return to a private home where your group can relax together.
