Set within the historic Grade II listed Acton Castle, The Garden Apartment is a self-catering holiday apartment in West Cornwall for up to four guests. Overlooking Mount's Bay with stunning sea views towards St Michael's Mount, it's perfectly located near Praa Sands, Marazion and Cornwall's beautiful beaches, coastal walks and top attractions.

Accessed via the castle's impressive stone staircase, the apartment has its own private entrance and is arranged over two levels. The upper floor is dedicated to spacious living areas, while the bedrooms are located downstairs, creating a comfortable separation between social and sleeping spaces.

A welcoming entrance hall provides plenty of room for walking boots, beach equipment and coats before leading into the bright, open-plan living and dining area. Large windows frame panoramic sea views across Mount's Bay, filling the space with natural light. Comfortable sofas provide the perfect place to relax after a day exploring West Cornwall, while a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and CD player ensure entertainment throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a relaxing self-catering holiday in Cornwall, including an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Whether preparing a hearty breakfast before a coastal walk or a family dinner after a day at the beach, you'll find every convenience close at hand.
Downstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, views over the beautiful sunken gardens and a private en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom offers flexible twin beds that can be arranged as a super king-size bed upon request, making the apartment equally suitable for families, couples or friends travelling together. A modern family bathroom with bath, basin and WC completes the accommodation.

One of the highlights of staying at The Garden Apartment is access to the beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding Acton Castle. Step directly outside into the enchanting sunken formal gardens, where expansive lawns, colourful subtropical planting and an ornamental fish pond create a wonderfully tranquil setting. Shared with the castle's other apartments yet offering several secluded seating areas, the gardens are perfect for enjoying morning coffee, reading in the afternoon sunshine or watching the sun set over Mount's Bay. From here, take in uninterrupted coastal views stretching east towards Cudden Point and west to St Michael's Mount, Penzance and the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole.
