Stay in a grand historic manor in the heart of New Orleans’ iconic Tremé, just one block from the French Quarter - close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. With 9 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this spacious villa is perfect for large groups and festival weekends, offering plenty of room to gather while still enjoying comfort and privacy.
The Space:
This home features an entire bottom floor of living space and kitchen, along with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The upstairs is set aside for the additional 7 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and an additional living space.
- Each bedroom features a bit of modern luxury with high quality mattresses, plush down comforters and down pillows to allow for a good night’s sleep
-3 full bathrooms- all with tub and shower
- Plenty of desktop areas available to get work done
- Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet and central air conditioning/heat
- Fully stock kitchen, complete with high quality pots, pans & knives, Vitamix blender, espresso machine, drip coffee and eclectic cookbooks
- Bath products, fresh towels, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the property during your stay.
BnB owner is staying in a separated studio apartment and is available for any help needed.

Located in a quiet, historic neighborhood just one block from the French Quarter, this home offers the best of New Orleans. Walk to renowned restaurants, live music, and historic landmarks while enjoying the charm of a local residential area. Known as the birthplace of jazz, the neighborhood is rich in culture, history, and authentic New Orleans character.
Getting Around:
Located just one block from the French Quarter, it’s an unbeatable home base for Mardi Gras and major events like Jazz fest - especially during times when Ubers and Lyfts are nearly impossible to secure. Being within walking distance allows you to fully enjoy the festivities without transportation stress. You’re also just a few blocks from the highway, making it easy to access all other parts of the city.
Distance to the following:
- French Quarter: 2 minutes walking
- Marigny: 8 minutes walking
- Bourbon Street: 7 minutes walking
- Frenchman Street: 14 minutes walking
- Jazz Fest Grounds: 9 minutes by car
- Convention Center: 15 minutes by car

Such a fun place to stay! The house has a ton of personality and felt way more special than a typical rental. Great spot to come back to after a day of exploring and hanging out around the city. Everything was easy and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location and great stay overall. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious. It felt like a quintessential New Orleans home with lots of character, charm, and fun quirks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating as well. We'd happily stay here again!

Loved this house! Came to New Orleans with my family and this house was perfect for what we needed. Big and spacious for our group. Bedding was top notch. I haven't slept that well in a rental before. It was very clear that the owners put a lot of thought into this house. They were also very responsive and attentive. You can tell they care! I would definitely stay here again!
