- The pool is not fenced so please be mindful of children

- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, rattlesnakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. Please stay aware of your surroundings, especially in outdoor areas. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancellations resulting from under age reservations.
- Pets allowed and must be approved prior to arrival with a $100 per pet cleaning fee and a deposit of $300.
- Undisclosed pets are subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- The card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the Rental Agreement.
