The dining area offers plenty of seating for shared meals and game nights, and a convenient half bath is also located on this level. For even more flexibility, head up to the fourth-floor loft where a bonus living room with a futon and TV provides a second entertainment space—ideal when the group cannot agree on what to watch. A private elevator services the home, offering easy access to each floor and making arrival, departure, and daily living effortless.

The location is terrific, right on the beach. The only issue we had was the place is a bit run down. Corrosion covers many of the metal components on the outside of the house. The decks are worn. The boardwalk leading to the beach is warped and the gate does not open and close properly. One of the kitchen drawers fell apart when I opened it. All in all, the condition of the house does not match the pictures.
