Originally built to host the villa’s guests, the Dependance has been fully restored and now features a two-storey holiday home.
The Dependance is located in the heart of Castellammare di Stabia, just a short walk from the seafront and the beach, and only 10 minutes on foot from the port where you can catch a ferry to the island of Capri. The train station is just 300 meters from the property, with easy connections to Pompeii (10 min), Sorrento (30 min), Herculaneum (30 min), and Naples (40 min).
The area is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all kinds of shops.

On the ground floor, there is a sitting room with a double sofa bed, TV, fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary amenities. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the lush garden, scented with lemon and orange trees.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and linens (sheets and towels) and a courtesy set are provided.
