Ideally positioned near a sought-after stretch of beach lined with renowned restaurants and beach clubs, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining close to local amenities, shops, and coastal attractions. Marbella town is approximately a 15-minute drive away, with Puerto Banús reachable in under 20-minutes, making this an excellent base for enjoying the best of the Costa del Sol.

The villa is arranged over three levels—basement, ground floor, and upper floor—and is accessed directly from the street, where free parking is available immediately outside. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed for comfort and easy holiday living. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and lounge spaces and includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, ideal for relaxed mornings at home. Natural materials, warm tones, and thoughtful furnishings give the interior a charming, lived-in feel while still offering modern comforts.

Large doors open out to the villa’s generous outdoor space, where a substantial private swimming pool forms the heart of the property. Surrounded by sunbathing areas and space to relax or dine outdoors, this is a perfect setting for long sunny days with family and friends.

Inside, Villa Molly offers two separate lounging areas, both equipped with televisions, allowing guests to spread out and enjoy quiet moments or shared evenings. The basement level features a well-equipped private gym, ideal for those wishing to maintain their fitness routine during their stay.

The bedrooms are comfortably distributed across the property, making the villa well suited to families or groups of friends. The layout remains traditional and homely, enhancing the villa’s authentic charm.

With its relaxed character, generous outdoor areas, and excellent location close to the beach, Villa Molly is a welcoming and well-equipped holiday home that combines comfort, space, and a true sense of Mediterranean living.
