A private shale beach, panoramic water views, and generous accommodations define this lakefront home on Seneca Lake’s northwest shore. With five bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, multiple gathering areas, and a seasonal guest cottage, the property is well suited for extended families and groups visiting Geneva and the Finger Lakes.

Main House

The main floor centers around a vaulted living room with a gas fireplace and an adjoining sitting area overlooking the lake. A fully equipped kitchen provides ample space for group meals, while the nearby laundry area adds convenience for longer stays.

This level also includes a king bedroom, queen bedroom, half bathroom, and full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The full bathroom opens directly to the deck and seasonal above-ground pool.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
