Overall, this house is wonderful and incredibly spacious! The game room is a total highlight and the upstairs area is absolutely amazing—it's a great layout for a group. However, there were several functional issues that impacted our stay:Linens: While there were plenty of hand towels and bath towels, there were no washcloths provided at all.Master Bath: The water pressure in the master shower was barely a stream, and the water never got warm during our entire trip. Also there was brown streaked residue on the bathroom doors and walls in both downstairs bathrooms. Kitchen: We unfortunately saw roaches crawling on the kitchen counters multiple times. Pool & Grill: The pool was never heated; we weren't told at the time of booking that pool heat requires an extra fee. Additionally, the grill is chained down and not for guest use, which was disappointing.Tech: The living room TV was out of commission for several days of our stay. It’s a beautiful property, but it definitely needs some maintenance and better transparency regarding amenities.
