Open floor plan townhouse on the water . Directly on the water ( canal bay view ) . Two bedroom . 1.5 bath . Each room has queen and bunk bed . Boat and jetski on the lift are not included in the listing . 8 minutes walk to the beach and jelly Rogers. Water view from Bedroom And kitchen . Deck on the water !! Owner Pride . 2 Parking spaces in front of the house . WIFI / internet / ceiling speakers / Samsung hub / sling TV . Pet fee $250 . PETS case by case .

This was the 3rd time that we’ve stayed at this place. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, but quiet and very little traffic. There is plenty of room for a family of 6 with a small dog. It has modern renovations, and is very clean. The neighbors are nice, and within a short walk to restaurants, a small grocery store and the end of the boardwalk. Will definitely stay here again.
