NEW to the rental market!

Welcome to Unit 211 at Mariners Club — a sleek, impeccably clean residence that immediately exudes a feeling of calm.

This is not your ordinary vacation rental. The homeowner thoughtfully furnished and decorated this property for personal use, and it shows from the moment you walk through the door. Every detail feels intentional, elevated, and welcoming.

This three-story townhouse offers privacy and separation of space across levels — ideal for families or groups who appreciate a little room to spread out. Please note that due to the multi-level layout and stair access, this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Beautiful marble tile floors set the tone for the light, airy interior. Glassed-in second and third-floor patios offer peekaboo marina views — perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The open dining area features seating for eight, creating an ideal space for gathering and shared meals.

The custom kitchen showcases sleek cabinetry, clean lines, and top-of-the-line appliances. Fully stocked and beautifully appointed, it offers both style and functionality for everything from casual breakfasts to full family dinners.

All bathrooms have been elegantly renovated, featuring refined finishes and a clean, spa-inspired feel that complements the home's elevated design aesthetic.

Unit 211 blends sophisticated upgrades with relaxed Keys comfort — delivering a stay that feels polished, peaceful, and truly exceptional.
