The Cocoonr agency in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt offers this charming 41 m² flat with mountain views for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for a comfortable, relaxing break in the heart of the Alps.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom as well as a bathroom. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with open-plan kitchen, TV and sofa bed.
- The kitchen is equipped as follows: electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge and freezer...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath/shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fondue machine and raclette machine.
Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
