Escape to this bright, luxe West Town retreat designed to feel like your own boutique city hideaway. Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Ukrainian Village, you’re moments from Wicker Park’s top restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and shopping — without the noise.
Inside, enjoy sun-drenched interiors, calming organic textures, a chef’s kitchen, spa-inspired touches, Smart TVs in every bedroom, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and the ultimate Chicago luxury: free onsite parking.
You’ll have the home to yourselves, but we’re always close by if you need anything. We respond quickly and are happy to help with early check-in, local recommendations, or anything that comes up during your stay.
Most guests say our communication is one of their favorite parts of the experience. You’ll always feel supported without us being intrusive.

• Entire Apartment: You have private use of the full Unit 1F, including all living spaces.
• Private Parking: Includes one dedicated uncovered spot in the rear of the building.
• Street Parking: Free street parking is readily available in front (no permit required).
• Laundry: Private in-unit washer and dryer.
The Sleeping Arrangements
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed + TV
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + TV
• Extra Sleeping: The living room couch sleeps one. A twin rollaway bed is available upon request.
The Space
• Kitchen & Dining: Chef's kitchen features a dishwasher and comfortable dining seating for four.
• Bathroom: Modern design with a deep soaking bathtub.
• Laundry: Convenient onsite washer and dryer.
Parking: Includes one private uncovered spot in the rear. Plentiful free street parking is also available directly in front.
Your stay includes support from our local team to ensure a smooth stay.
• No parties or unauthorized events (fee $750)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors (fee $500)
• Pets must be approved before booking ($45 per pet/stay)
• Exterior security cameras are on the property for safety
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee
• Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas

Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy (14+ Nights)
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every two weeks to maintain the property and your comfort.
Fee: $150 per refresh
What’s Included:
Full Linen Swap: Freshly laundered bed linens and towels.
Deep Clean: Sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms.
Floor Care: Professional vacuuming and mopping.
Restock: Replenishing essentials like coffee, paper products, and toiletries.
Trash Removal: Clearing all trash and recycling.
We will reach out during your stay to coordinate a day and time that works best for you.
