In the 34-square-meter studio in the apartment building by the spa park in Bad Birnbach, you'll immediately feel that warm sense of arrival, surrounded by the restorative tranquility of the Rottal valley and just steps away from the soothing Rottal Terme thermal baths. Here, relaxation, nature, and Bavarian serenity blend to create a place that makes every trip special. In summer, rolling hills, extensive cycling and hiking trails, and charming towns like Bad Griesbach, Pfarrkirchen, and the idyllic Wolfachtal valley await you, while nearby golf courses, the climbing park in Schönau, and the unspoiled banks of the Inn River promise small adventures. For culture enthusiasts, a visit to the vibrant arts and culture scene in Eggenfelden, the stately gardens of Fugger Castle in Kirchdorf, or the Massing Open-Air Museum, where history comes alive, is highly recommended. In winter, the region is enveloped in a soothing stillness, ideal for walks through snow-covered forests, romantic evenings at the thermal baths, and excursions to Altötting, the charming Christmas market in Neuötting, or wintery Passau with its impressive old town and picturesque views of the Danube. This studio is your cozy retreat and, at the same time, the perfect starting point for discovering the diversity of the Rottal region – a home away from home that offers new favorite moments in every season and always welcomes you back with open arms.
