Welcome to your waterfront retreat. This beautifully renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is perched on the 4th floor and offers sweeping Intracoastal water views from your private balcony, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a sunset drink as boats glide by.
Inside, the condo has been lovingly updated with comfort and style in mind. The spacious bedroom features a plush king-size bed and TV, creating a relaxing escape at the end of the day. The large bathroom feels bright and open, with updated finishes and plenty of space to get ready for a night out or wind down after the beach.
Throughout the condo, you’ll find thoughtfully curated coastal décor that reflects the charm and history of the surrounding area. The beach-inspired design feels elevated rather than kitschy, light, airy, and welcoming.

Land’s End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, tucked away at the tip of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. The Intracoastal Waterway borders the east, the Gulf of Mexico stretches along the west, and Blind Pass lies to the south. You’ll often see boats passing by and if you’re lucky, dolphins and manatees playing in the channel.
Community amenities include a large heated pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, a BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access onsite. It’s a rare combination of peaceful seclusion and resort-style recreation.
Important Information:
Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.
Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
6-night minimum stays only
Resort fee: $50 per unit/car, payable online (credit card only). Additional guest vehicles are $10/day.

This is a terrific place, nicely located on the land's end of sunset beach. We had a wonderful stay, beach was very nice. Great for long walks and shelling with several associated amenities like pickle ball, shuffleboard, hot tub and very nice pool. While just a one-and-one, this unit was expansively sized and felt bigger on an everyday living basis. However, the customary VRBO household supplies provided were laughably lacking. No Kleenex, no dish soap, no shampoo or conditioner, no condiments. C'mon. 5 stars, but that small detail that's routinely expected and received everywhere else made it feel cheap.
