Set beneath the historic Castle of Pyrgos, Villa Complex Aurivis is a striking Santorini retreat that seamlessly blends industrial heritage with Cycladic tradition. Restored with deep respect for local architecture, the property showcases polished cement finishes, eco-friendly materials and clean loft-style lines, while original factory elements have been thoughtfully preserved. A monumental piece of machinery stands as a sculptural centrepiece within one of the generous living areas, creating a distinctive dialogue between history and contemporary design. The restoration took years of meticulous research and craftsmanship, including hand-finished cement floors created by a local artisan to achieve the villa’s refined matte textures.

The interiors are defined by soaring ceilings, abundant natural light and an atmosphere of calm minimalism that enhances comfort without excess. Three separate villas form the complex and can be enjoyed independently for privacy or combined to create an exceptional residence suited to weddings, retreats or large family gatherings. In total, the property accommodates up to 10 guests with additional sleeping options for children or extra guests on built-in banquet sofas. Five double bedrooms, four bathrooms and multiple open-plan living, dining and kitchen spaces ensure flexibility and ease. Each villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-quality kitchens, organic mattresses and modern entertainment systems.

Outdoor living is equally impressive, offering two pool terraces including a sunset-facing pool area, a hot tub, sun loungers and multiple alfresco lounging and dining settings overlooking the sea, volcano and surrounding landscape. Daily housekeeping is included, with linen changed mid-week, ensuring a consistently pristine environment. A small standard five-seat car is provided with the rental.

Villa Complex Aurivis combines effortless elegance, architectural authenticity and serene outdoor living, delivering a rare Santorini experience defined by space, light and understated luxury.
