Was missing bedding for pull out couch. After asking the front desk none was ever sent up.

Wonderful stay! Location is managed in a very professional way. Communication was clear and timely. Small details (cute towel folding, soap, dishwashing, laundry detergent provided) make a big difference. Price was also excellent. Great view - just what we needed without overpaying!
