Cotton Bayou B1

The Space:

Comfort and convenience combine at this sweet second-story condo, just across the street from the gleaming Gulf Coast sand. Slip into your swimsuit and flip flops and make straight for the beach, or work on your tan at the outdoor pool just downstairs. Grab your fishing gear and head out on the bayou, with a convenient boat launch and fishing pier located just steps away from your condo. If exploration is on the agenda, you’re an easy drive from amusement parks, shops, and restaurants, including the famed Flora-Bama, just three miles down the road. If you’re after more time in nature, Gulf State Park is four miles away.

At home, spend sunny mornings relaxing with coffee on your balcony, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. Two sets of French doors flood the open living space with abundant natural light. The full, well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to whip up a mealtime masterpiece, and there’s room for the whole gang around the adjacent dining table.

After days on the sand, bask in the central air-conditioning each afternoon while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Stream the latest release from the plush sectional or use the free WiFi to scroll through what you missed on social media (probably nothing). End the night with an easy cookout in the shared grilling area, then drift off to sleep with dreams of your first - and next - perfect Orange Beach day.
