INSIDE THE CONDO
Enter the main building and take the elevator in the hallway up to your 2nd floor unit.
Gleaming white-tiled floors feature throughout the condo, and high ceilings lend a sense of spaciousness.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, 32” TV, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The wicker headboard and side tables add a classic Gulf Shores vibe.
Kids will love clambering into the twin-over-twin hallway bunk alcove, surrounded by cute porthole artwork and shiplap-style walls.
This hallway sleeping area is directly opposite the bathroom and next to a stackable washer/dryer.
Fresh and contemporary, the open living space has a chill coastal vibe.
A full kitchen features granite countertops and new, all-white appliances that include an electric stove/oven, microwave, blender, and coffee maker -- everything necessary for whipping up food and drinks.
There’s seating for four at the breakfast bar, and a glass-top dining table also seats four.
In the sitting area, you can curl up on a queen-size sleeper sofa or armchair. Watch shows on the 42” TV, equipped with cable and a Blu-ray player.
Your Gulf-facing balcony overlooks the resort’s landscaped grounds with a golden ribbon of beach just beyond. Seating areas and one of numerous tennis courts and pools sprawl before you.

THINGS TO KNOW
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

We rented this on a last minute trip. It got started off bad when we couldn’t download the check in form to present at the gate on my phone, my computer or my daughter in laws computer. It kept coming up error. I called Vacasa and let them know we would not be able to get to their office before they closed to pick one up and was told I would need to go to Staples or UPS to print off the form. There were no options. I called the property manager and explained it to him and he said they would have a form for me at the gate not to worry. Vacasa did not give me that option. We got there and were in packing and we had gotten groceries on our way in and we did not get ice because the listing said there was an ice maker. There was no ice maker nor were there ice trays. Also when we were getting ready for bed there was a sheet and a computer that was way to small for the bed that would in no way cover both my husband and We searched for extra blankets and couldn’t find any We pulled a twin quilt off the bunk bed to use . The next morning I called Vacasa when they opened because there was supposed to be an amenities pass and if there wasn’t one you were to let them know OR you will be for one of one wasn’t there when you leave. I told them there was no icemaker and was told to check the kitchen cabinet. I said “check the cabinet for an icemaker? The property manager was super helpful and brought an amenities pass. The property manager great but. STAY AWAY FOM VACASA!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was nice if you like to be away from the crowds and the view was nice! The only complaint that we had was that the end was really hard and uncomfortable. Overall we really enjoyed everything!

We enjoyed our time very much. Overall place was nice the floors where dirty when we got there but not a big deal. We did a quick clean and it was fine. My only real complaint would be that the management company came and knocked on my door and called me to inform us that we were being too loud and that if we kept it up that we would be kicked out. It was my girlfriend and I with out 2.5 year old son. He was in bed by 9 every night and we where hanging out on the couch watching as soon as he went to bed. As you people with kids know they can wear you out. I am having a hard time understanding how someone could think we are the loud ones. But instead of asking us about it they just threatened to kick us out. Pretty bad management in my opinion. We will not be staying at this location again.
