If you’re expecting to walk out the back door and onto the beach, this area is restricted and does not have direct beach access. It is an excellent location on the island. Centrally located, easy to get in and out of. Cozy neighborhood feel and somewhat secluded at the same time. Excellent for a couple or small family getaway. Super clean and comfortable. I have had 2 stays at this house. It is almost like a second home. Easy to relax and unwind.

The property was beautiful and clean. There were board games for the kids. The kitchen was well provisioned. I will note that many of the windows do not have any window coverings (including the top floor bedroom). Keep this in mind if you don't like the sun waking you up in the morning. You do not have direct beach access across the dune, but there is public parking 2 minutes away by vehicle.

Our stay was for 9 days. The house was spotlessly clean. It’s very comfortable with many ammenities, especially in the kitchen. A drawback is that there’s no interior dining table. The outdoor picnic table is good, as long as it’s not raining. The kitchen counter indoors seats only 2, so that’s a drawback. There was a huge, violent storm our fourth night that knocked out power and internet to the entire island.Power was restored quickly, but we were without internet for 5 days, although friends who live in another area there got theirs back after 24 hours (they have Xfinity).Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would recommend this home to other visitors.
