The downstairs has ceramic tile while the bedrooms, which are both upstairs have carpet. This property is not on the 13th floor. There is no 13th floor. If you look at the picture you can tell it’s not on the 13th floor as listed, but this needs to be corrected. We were not given the unit number in the email and had to call to find out. We had to wait awhile for someone to answer the phone. When she sis she was very courteous and helpful. She stayed on the phone to make sure we got into the condo. Overall a good stay. The unit was clean. The view was good.

Never do reviews but sure we are. Building has 2 floors, no gym and it’s not the corner condo so the entire description is inaccurate. I can deal with the cosmetic stuff like no trim on the stairs and sunken, mushy and stained snap flooring and cheap utensils since it was a cheaper booking but after the entire listing being inaccurate, the communication was non-existent on the end of the property management. I also stopped stripping the primary bed when I saw how absolutely disgusting the mattress was.
