Pros: - The price was right, and we got exactly what we expected. - The condo was actually quiet during quiet hours, which was huge for us compared to previous vacations we've had. - Check-in/check-out went very smoothly. We followed the provided instructions and had no problems at all. - Proximity to the beach was awesome. - The view was awesome. - The place was clean and neat and ready for us to come in and enjoy right away. One nitpick below. Cons: - It was challenging to get in contact with the property management company for the purposes of reporting pre-existing damages to the property. We did get in touch the day after we arrived and they were happy to take my verbal descriptions, but there was nowhere to send photos, and no email address mode of contact. This is a very minor complaint. - The tile floors throughout the entire unit would get very wet if we used the shower and didn't run both the A/C and bathroom vent fan for at least 30 minutes after. This is a slip hazard, so be careful! - The cookware is functional but low-end. If you need to or plan to cook your own meals, I recommend bringing a decent pan with you. - The cleanliness nitpick: the smoke detector was pulled away from the wall. It appeared to be working, just wasn't mounted correctly. Full disclosure, we reported this and requested they not bother us to come and fix it. So, obviously for us, this was very minor. Overall: Everything was enjoyable, and one of our best vacations yet. Thank you!

Plantation Palms is in a great location. The property is older but the condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony.

In the first 15 minutes of moving in we noticed sand and hair in sheets the DVD player was removed and tv in bedroom was broken, immediately contacted Vacasa they promised to fix these problems. They did send clean sheets but four days of being told someone would come fix tv and no one showing up we gave up. We did find out the owner was aware of these items being broken from previous guests and chose not to replace. The furniture looked like it was purchased from yard sales and the bathroom had no shelves for women’s makeup and hair supplies. Even though we planned on using the DVD player and bedroom tv each night the main reason for coming was the beach and here we were not disappointed the beach was beautiful water was great and the grounds around the plantation was very nice.

Needs some work and some stuff needs replacing. Had bugs.
